To qualify for residency at St. Andrew's Hall, the applicant must be a full-time student (24 credits) at the University of British Columbia or at an affiliated college.

Applications are for a specific period of time, only, with no guarantee of re-assignment.

Co-ed Quad Apartments are open to all qualifying single applicants.

Studio Apartments are open to all qualifying single applicants, 20 years or older.

One Bedroom Apartments
One Bedroom Apartments are open to all qualifying couples (without children), 20 years or older, and at least one member of the couple being a full-time student.

Townhouses
Townhouses are open to all qualifying families (with children), 20 years or older, and at least one member of the family being a full-time student.
