St. Andrew's Hall is a no smoking residence, and pets are not allowed in the building.

There are coin laundry facilities in the building and locked bicycle storage facilities are available.

Cable television is available in all suites.

Electricity is included in fees

Cable Internet is available in all suites.

Phones are not provided but residents may have a phone line connected through UBC Voice Services, tel. 604.822.0990, at their own expense.

Parking
Parking at St. Andrew's Hall is by permit only for $30CAD/month. There is no free parking on campus.
