Accommodation Types

St. Andrew's Hall offers the following five types of accommodation:

Co-ed Quad Apartments (Floor Plan & Photos)

• Four single, private bedrooms with shared, common area.
• Each bedroom with single bed, desk with bookshelf hutch, chair, closet, and floor lamp.
• Furnished living room.
• Kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave.
• One full and one half bathroom.
• Large shared storage closet.
• Cable television connection in each apartment.
• Cable Internet connection in each room.
• Approximately 1,050 square feet (private & shared area.)

Three Co-ed Quad Apartments are fully disabled-accessible.

Studio Apartments (Floor Plan & Photos)

• Bedroom with single bed, closet, and floor lamp.
• Furnished living/dining area with couch, end table, desk with bookshelf hutch and chair.
• Kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave.
• Bathroom with shower.
• Cable television connection.
• Cable Internet connection.
• Approximately 330 square feet.

One Bedroom Apartments (Floor Plan & Photos)

• Bedroom with double bed, closet, and floor lamp.
• Furnished living area with couch, chair, end table, and desk with bookshelf hutch and chair.
• Furnished Dining Area with table, two chairs, and floor lamp.
• Kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave.
• Bathroom with either shower or bathtub.
• Cable television connection.
• Cable Internet connection.
• Approximately 390 square feet.

Townhouses (Floor Plan & Photos)

First floor

• Furnished living area with two couches, end tables.
• Furnished Dining Area with table, four chairs, and floor lamp.

• Bathroom with disabled-accessible roll-in shower.
• Furnished living area with two couches, end tables, floor lamp, and desk with chair.
• Furnished dining area with table, four chairs, and floor lamp.
• Kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.

• Cable Internet connection.
• Approximately 950 square feet.
