Community Coordinators
During the academic year, Community Coordinators ("ComCos") are responsible for some of the administrative duties like move-in and move-out inspections. Other universities call ComCos "Residence Advisors."
Chaplains
St.Andrew's Hall has a team of 5 Chaplains. Bible study and other programs are usually offered for residents , including studies in Mandarin and Korean.
Commmunity
Comcos and Chaplains arrange a number of community activities throughout the year, such as movie nights, barbecues, Christmas events, and in general provide advice, support and discipline for everyone living at St. Andrew's Hall.

Development
In 2005, St. Andrew's Hall has sold a leasehold on a portion of its property. The developer, Intracorp is building a 39 unit strata building on that site, which will be occupied in summer 2008. The funds from the sale will be used construct a replacement for the St. Andrew's Chapel and Manson House, the original buildings in the complex.
Farewell to Manson House
Manson House, the 39-bed dormitory, was home to UBC students for nearly fifty years. A service of thanksgiving and official closing was held on April 30, 2005. This service was followed by a reception for former residents and the St. Andrew's Hall connection. Current residents said their own good-byes at a community barbecue on April 12, 2005. The demolition took place in late August, 2005.
See a video of the demolition here.
St. Andrew's Hall is grateful for the many good years of service of Manson House and looks forward to replacing this structure in the future.
