Co-ed Quad Apartments
Quads are apartments designed for four, single residents to share. If you would like to request a specific roommate, be sure to note his or her name on your form and we will do our best to put you together.

$45CAD/night plus taxes ($726CAD/month plus taxes)

Studio Apartments
Self-contained units for single people, only.

$78CAD/night plus taxes ($1,076CAD/month plus taxes)

One Bedroom Apartments
Self-contained units for couples (without children), only.

$90CAD/night plus taxes ($1,205CAD/month plus taxes)

Townhouses
Self-contained units for a couple (with children) in each unit, only.

$107CAD/night plus taxes ($1,738CAD/month plus taxes)

Two Bedroom (disabled-accessible) Apartments
Self-contained units for one or two people, only.

$107CAD/night plus taxes ($1,738CAD/month plus taxes)

Extra Person
Generally, we do not allow more people to occupy a suite than it is designed for. In a case where specific permission is given (an extra child, for example), a fee of $10CAD/night plus taxes will apply. Whenever possible, we will provide a mattress for the extra person.
