Vancouver School of Theology

Through its teaching charter with Vancouver School of Theology, St. Andrew's Hall provides theological education for all candidates within The Presbyterian Church in Canada.

Several programs are offered every year for those who are seeking ordination to ministry, are enquirers, desire a deepening of faith, or in other ways are seeking a degree program in theology.

St. Andrew's Hall and Vancouver School of Theology provide ecumenical support, and yet teaching, worship and ongoing encouragement for those who would like to know more about our denomination's distinctiveness.

Regent-VST Joint Programme

Candidates for the ministry of The Presbyterian Church in Canada may choose to enter a joint Regent College-Vancouver School of Theology (VST) Programme. Students choosing this option would register for the Master of Divinity Programme at Regent College. During their time at Regent College, they will take 15 courses at VST and may transfer those credits to Regent College. Those courses include Denominational Studies, Field Placement in a Presbyterian Church in Canada congregation and at least one course with all PCC professors at VST. Candidates who successfully complete this programme will be qualified academically to enter the ministry of The Presbyterian Church in Canada.
