Induction of the Dean

On September 18th, the Presbytery of Westminster celebrated the induction of the Rev. Dr. Robert Paul as Dean of St. Andrew’s Hall. The chapel was filled with people and music as Presbyterians gathered to recognize the importance of the educational mission of St. Andrew’s as a theological college. Before coming to Vancouver, Dr. Paul served as a pastor in Washington, Oregon, and California. He and his wife, Suzi, are delighted to be here and look forward to getting to know the residents of St. Andrew’s Hall.

Dean of St. Andrew's Hall to Become Moderator of Presbyterian General Assembly As a result of a national vote among elders and ministers of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, the Dean of St. Andrew's Hall, Vancouver, Dr. Stephen Farris, has been elected as Moderator of the 140th General Assembly of the Church. The Board of St. Andrew's Hall is very pleased to announce that Rev. Dr. Ross Lockhart has been appointed to serve as the Director of Ministry Leadership & Education of St. Andrew's Hall and as the Presbyterian Director of Denominational Formation at VST (conditional upon confirmation by the Board of VST.) Ross is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg, of Emmanuel College, University of Toronto, and holds the Doctor of Ministry degree from McCormick Theological Seminary, Chicago (Presbyterian Church in the USA.)
