The Guder Scholars Program

The Centre for Missional Leadership at St. Andrew’s Hall, Vancouver is delighted to announce a new summer program for leaders currently serving in their first fifteen years of pastoral ministry. The Guder Scholars program is named in honour of our Senior Fellow in Residence – Dr. Darrell Guder. The program will take place August 2 to 4, 2022 here at St. Andrew’s Hall on the University of British Columbia campus. Through the generous support of St. Andrew’s Hall, accommodation, program and most meals are provided, as well as a travel bursary to help support those selected who come from outside the Lower Mainland of Vancouver. Please download the application form and return it to Mavis Ho – cml@standrews.edu – successful applicants will be informed by early February 2022.

This year’s Guder Scholar Program theme is Missional Leadership for an Online Church.

Our text this year, provided to participants in advance, will be Byassee, Jason & Andria Irwin. Following: Embodied Discipleship in a Digital Age. Grand Rapids: Baker Academic, 2021.
